The Pencil Maker told the pencil that it would experience sharpening pains but this was necessary to become better. It was also told that it could correct mistakes, the most important part was what was inside, and it must continue writing no matter the difficulty. The pencil understood and promised to remember its purpose. Similarly, people experience hardships but as long as they hold God's hand, they can do great things and share their gifts, while learning from mistakes.

2. In the beginning, the Pencil Maker spoke to the pencil saying, There are five things you need to know before I send you out into the world . Always remember them and you will become the best pencil you can be.

3. You will be able to do many great things, but only if you allow yourself to be held in Someone's hand . First-

4. You will experience a painful sharpening from time to time, but this is required if you are to become a better pencil. Second-

7. No matter what the condition, you must continue to write. You must always leave a clear, legible mark no matter how difficult the situation is. Fifth-

8. The pencil understood, promising to remember, and went into the box fully understanding its Maker's purpose.

9. Everyone of us is like the Pencil; we were commissioned by our Maker and become the best person we can be.

10. We can do many great things, as long as we hold on to God's hand. And share our given gifts and blessing with others. #1

11. As we go about our mission, we all experience trials, hardships and even more painful are the insults and humiliations despite our good intentions. #2
