of healthy foods and physical
activity.

understanding of their bodies
and nutritional needs, students
are encouraged to make healthy
eating choices and maintain a
nutritious balanced diet.

5. Students are exposed to safety
precautions which are essential
for their day to day living, i.e.
stranger danger, sun
protection, road safety, etc.

6. Most importantly PDHPE allows
primary school students to have
loads of FUN whilst staying
HEALTHY and ACTIVE!
