Employee Meals
• A dining area is provided for all employees.
• Shift meals are available to scheduled employees –
free of charge!
• Lunch is served from 10:30 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.

Employee Emergency Assistance:
• Funded by the Club and employees
• Provides short-term assistance to current
employees experiencing severe financial
need due to an emergency or catastrophic

Profit Sharing
• The Club helps employees plan for retirement.
• Employees enter Plan on January 1 or July 1 after one year of service
• After two years of service, annually, the Club contributes 5% of the
annual earnings into PS account
• Employees must annually work 1000+ hours to receive a contribution
• Six-year vesting schedule (20% per year)
• Funds only available upon retirement or termination, subject to
annual audit waiting periods
• Lump sum distributions are taxed at 20% unless rolled into a qualified

1. Keep count of the number of drinks served
2. Be alert for changes in behavior
3. If you feel a person is becoming intoxicated,
