Pay Periods
• Period begins on Monday and ends

• Employees MUST submit time
corrections AND timecards every
week by Tuesday at 9:00 a.m.
• Managers must approve timecards
by Tuesday at 10:00 a.m.

Employee is to clock in only in uniform and ready for work at the
designated time clock.
Employee is expected to work the hours for which scheduled. Employee
may not clock in early or clock out late unless approved by supervisor.
If employee fails to clock in or out, a time correction sheet must be
completed and turned into the supervisor as soon as possible.

Employee Meals
• A dining area is provided for all employees.
• Shift meals are available to scheduled employees –
free of charge!
• Lunch is served from 10:30 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.
• Dinner is served from 5:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.

deducted by the timekeeping system
 If an employee leaves the property for any reason,
he/she MUST clock out.

Holiday Pay
• All employees are eligible

• New Year’s Day – Time and one-half for
hours worked
• Easter Sunday – Time and one-half for
hours worked

Educational Assistance
• Full-time employees employed with PDC
for one+ years are eligible.
• Education-related expenses reimbursed to
calendar year maximum of $3600
• Includes approved certifications and
undergraduate education which offers
either growth in an area related to his/her
current position or that might lead to a
promotional opportunity within the Club.
Certifications, courses and degrees unrelated to
the Clubs operations are not eligible.

PDC Cares
Employee Emergency Assistance:
• Funded by the Club and employees
• Provides short-term assistance to current
employees experiencing severe financial
need due to an emergency or catastrophic
disaster
• Eligibility commences after 90 days of
employment
• Active, full- or part-time employees are
eligible for one grant per year
• Employees wishing to contribute to PDC
Cares, may use the payroll deduction sheet

Employee Referrals
• All employees are eligible unless
involved in hiring decision
• Refer an applicant, who is hired
and continues to be employed for
six months, may be eligible for a
one-time cash bonus
• $100 bonus, grossed-up for taxes
• $200 bonus for “Hot Jobs”
• Rehires and applicants sourced
by other methods are not bonus

Profit Sharing
• The Club helps employees plan for retirement.
• Employees enter Plan on January 1 or July 1 after one year of service
• After two years of service, annually, the Club contributes 5% of the
annual earnings into PS account
• Employees must annually work 1000+ hours to receive a contribution
• Six-year vesting schedule (20% per year)
• Funds only available upon retirement or termination, subject to
annual audit waiting periods
• Lump sum distributions are taxed at 20% unless rolled into a qualified
plan (IRA, ROTH IRA and 401(k))

• It is a violation of PDC policy…
• for any employee to use, possess, sell, trade, offer for sale, or offer to buy
drugs that may impair safe and full job performance
• for anyone to report to work under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• to partake in any “controlled substances” including oils and other products
from hemp and/or CBD
 Violations of this policy are subject to disciplinary action, up to and, including
termination

Serving Alcohol Beverages
• Basic Considerations
1. Keep count of the number of drinks served
2. Be alert for changes in behavior
3. If you feel a person is becoming intoxicated,
immediately contact the manager
4. When in doubt about age, ask for ID
• Ride Service Procedures
1. PDC has an established Uber account
2. Manager-on-Duty or Operations Director
gathers member’s contact and home address
information & schedules the ride of behalf of
the member

• Immediately report injuries to supervisor!
• Obtain first aid, if needed
• If more than first aid is needed, find the Official
Worker’s Compensation Panel of Doctors
• Select a doctor/facility from Panel (Do not go to
personal doctor)
• Manager arranges transportation to facility (Do not
drive yourself)
• Employee receives treatment AND is REQUIRED to
have a drug/alcohol testing while at facility or
hospital
