No Price escalation on sold units, no extra charges will be levied, except due to change in areas if any.
Buy back scheme with 12% per annum appreciation on the purchase price after possession will be applicable on
Payment Plan B, this scheme is optional if the client wishes after two years of booking.
Any increase in the charges or any additional charges or levy, if demanded by the Govt. of Rajasthan and/or Local
Authority, in future shall be payable proportionately by the allottee.
External Development Charges (EDC) to be paid by the buyer/Allottee.
Stamp Duty & Other Govt. Charges will be borne by the Buyer/Allottee.
Club Membership, Horse Riding Club & Driving Range Membership Charges will be paid extra by the buyer.
Price & Payment Plan can be changed without any notice at the sole discretion of the Company.
