This document provides instructions for making a simple paper puppet theater. It includes support from the Fulton County Board of Commissioners, Fulton County Arts Council, and City of Atlanta Mayor’s Office of Cultural Affairs. The instructions tell children to color the paper stage and cut out puppets, fold up the stage, tape the puppets to their fingers, and start performing.
