When we opened the doors in 2003 the idea was to provide electrical distribution solution
to manufacturing industry and commercials buildings. Customization is a critical point in
this segment and we realized that there is void in the market to offer high quality
customized power distribution boards. So we came to fill the gap and we have grown our
foot-print in entire East Africa with our products and solution in the field of power
distribution in past 17 years.

RACK MOUNTING FAN COOLING
Netcab Rack Mount Fans are Solid, Versatile and Premium Quality heat extraction solutions.
They protect rack mount equipment from overheating, performance issues, and shortened
lifespans. 1U / 2U / 3U rack mount cooling units with 2 or 4 fans are designed for applications
that require high volume cooling inside server or network cabinets. It mounts to any standard
19” installation cabinets and racks to provide a maximum airflow in your mission critical
systems. It can be mount either at the Top or Bottom of the cabinets or racks. Also, if you would
like to mount it in between the equipment, the performance is still assured. There is an extra
benefit since the airflow is from bottom to top.

The ACDB receives AC power from different source like grid, generator or any other renewable
source and directs it to AC loads as required. ACDB is an important part of any power
distribution system along with the features like protection and display of parameters.

DC Distribution Board (DCDB)
Depending on customer's requirement, PCTL offers integrated DC distribution boards with

Static Transfer
Switch
Static Transfer Switch is an automatic static switch-
ing equipment designed to transfer electric loads
between two independent AC power without inter-
ruption.
The static transfer switch (STS) is an electrical device
that allows instantaneous transfer of power
sources to the load. This superior switching time
means that if one power source fails, the STS
switches to the back-up power source so quickly
that the load never recognizes the transfer made.
Fast-acting STS are increasingly being applied to
protect large loads and entire facilities from
short-duration power disturbances. These products
use solid-state power electronics or“static”
switching.
The STS monitors two power
sources and automatically shifts
to the better once it senses any
failure or degradation of either
