Organized, autonomous and results-oriented, I'm passionate about topics related to Health,
Safety and Environment, and for over 20 years.
With an easy and effective communication, I manage a team of more than 10 facility EHS
Leaders spread over different European sites.
Integrating EHS requirements in projects, whether related to investments, "new
construction" or equipment's modification, excites me because it's at that time you are

Over the years I have developed my leadership to be able to change attitudes and to create
a sustainable safety culture, working closely with plant management teams or providing
specific Safety Leadership Training for NLT members of front line leaders.
ACTIVITIES AND EXPERIENCE
Employed since 2004 by Owens Corning (Glass Fiber Manufacturing Company), I've
quickly had the will to grow in the organization to have more responsibility and challenges
for reaching our safety objectives.
I currently hold the position of EHS Leader Europe for all process (TF, NW and GRS).
Below is a summary of my development within the company.
Since 2011 EHS Leader Europe (9 production facilities and 1 research center)
In charge of EHS topics for all EU sites (with the particularity of having to
interact with 3 OPS Leaders from different business/process.
Challenges were important during this period, 3 furnaces rebuilds, two site
closures and production reconversion for 1 site.
Those projects have been completed with robust tools (Design Safety Review,
Management Of Change...) but also through a good collaboration with
development teams, Capital delivery, plant leaders and sites EHS teams.
Main EHS projects carried recently have been focused on:
The quality of our risk assessments with the certification of trainers and
specialists
The use of safe/at risk behavior observations as key indicators
Human Performance Improvement (HPI), working on error precursors
Management Of Change deployed to manage/control potential
consequence of a change on employee Health & safety and on
Environment.
Sharing best practices during monthly safety calls or using “Safety
Alerts” & “lessons Learned” to inform other facilities about event which
occurred and which could happened in other sites.
Annual audits of the Safety Management System and of various key
safety standards
Working with external partners on glass fiber waste recycling.
2. 2009 - 2011 Technical Fabrics: Glass fiber weaving process
Global EHS Leader: In charge of safety for 9 manufacturing facilities located
in Asia, USA and Europe.
Management, Development and Improvement of critical safety programs such
as: machines conformity, Lock-Tag-Try, work permits, working from heights
and falls prevention, training on hazard recognition, industrial hygiene,
behavioral observations, Safety leadership training...
Cross experiences through worldwide sites, including sharing of "Best
Practices" and lessons learned.
2008 – 2009 Reinforcement (Europe): Glass fiber manufacturing.
Lock Tag Try Project Leader, project protecting employees from “hazardous
energies” exposure while performing a task on equipment (maintenance,
production or contractors). This project was successfully implemented in 14
European facilities.
2007 – 2008 Building Material (Europe): Building Materials (plaster/concrete stones)
