Sir Lovesabook tests the reader's knowledge of different parts of a book to determine if they are worthy of becoming a Knight of the Royal Reading Table. The test covers identifying the title, author, and illustrator on the cover and title page; using a table of contents to find what chapter starts on a given page; using a glossary to define knightly terms; and using an index to find what pages discuss specific topics. In the end, Red Wing must decide if the reader has passed the test of book knowledge to become a knight.
