Morning for me. Happy Friday (Dec 12th). It’s 10:30a, doing
my coffee. I started delayed, before 10. I am awake on and off, 2a-
6a. . My best ideas are insomnia hrs . This started after
campus life in 2023 (Mid Michigan). So 2a, by mobile app; I started
my nursing update-early . It’s due 2026 for LPN. It’s accredited,
college credits 2025 (my Biz Accounting), and a MicroBachelors. I
almost skipped college the whole yr. Will see if i like it. It’s free to
start any course. I started two. Its Discounted certificates and one
MicroBachelors available . These will be complete before Spring
2026. They are not quickie classes. But shorter than a year plus.

open to any theme, style, culture, or method.
Energy Medicine does not have to be Japanese. Reiki is
mainstream popular. It’s universal healing in general.
For entrepreneurship, the value shifts. You’re the Boss.

Yoga Topic, Lecture One:
Sometimes I feel a lil edgy. I get xtra irritated. Could be
Midager hormones too. Could be the winter weather.
My solution is to (Fit & Vibes) warm up the body.
I Yoga Stretch, Qigong, and Incense-Sage myself lol. I
Shamanic, bless my incenses. I stand in a Perfect
Standing Asana, Then I flex into a Forward Bend Pose for
sage clearing energy. (I have Yoga therapy poses in the
shop still. Timeless, used for Yoga Nursing Labs or sold
separately. Its Called LDM Yoga Lib- Prerequisite Sets)
My Fav times are mornings, maybe those mini afternoon
breaks. I may drink tea, coffee, or hot chocolate . Then
start my office virtually. I start by 10a or 12n. It's a daily
adjustable process. There’s no perfect routine or
schedule. There’s no Competition, Only with yourselves.

Yoga Topic, Lecture Two:
.• Let’s Toss perfection. Its illusional and too strict.
Also,Toss stern. So many things, opportunities, and goals
require Flex and movement. This rolls into Yoga, of
course. Yoga: requires full flexibility. Yoga: requires your
complete mental focus. This is achieved within asana
poses and meditation. This process clears the mind and
fine tunes our spirituality. In yoga practice this is the hatha
style. I learnt all my basics in Hatha. From general
stretching, pose rehab, meditation, and yoga philosophy. I
was shocked how the poses and meditation worked
together? Took me years to balance these concepts. My
professor was traditional. She called me the Yoga
scientist. I took her credit class twice on campus. She was
so calming like our text book and sessions. This earned
me levels 1-2. (About two plus decades ago.)
So, be gentle with yourself? Allow the concepts of both
reiki and yoga to integrate over time. I suggest including
regular asana and meditation practice within your
schedules. Any amount of minutes or hours via sessions,
do count. It does matter.•

Wellness Topic, Lecture Three:
.• Wellness Over 40-50 Yrs•
I am catching in IG social, crazy funny jokes. These are 40
plus individuals, acting my age ? It’s daily life gone wrong
lol. Jus our body types alone ? I question, “Is this our daily
wellness? Seriously Yall? ” I'm 50 in five months . I get
the jokes. I do pretty well. I actually feel norm for a Reiki
Yogini . This does take daily/weekly efforts.
Reflection: There is so much available holistically for any
adult age. Especially those mid to senior years. I have had,
recent debates about this. Senseless too, we agreed at the
end of the chat (Why question me?) Those with chronic
illnesses are exceptions. I think Parent care situations are
traumatizing GenX? Even then, any range of complementary
alternative medicine (CAM) does help them. Including any
Emergency and Hospice Situations. (See our Yoga/Reiki
Nursing Training for more.)
Over all, We do not have to suffer. We have resources. We
are experts ourselves. Also, We are in Fast pace, thriving,
Intense, Age of Aquarius.
Whatever our body type needs are norm. To be continue on

Lecture Four.• Yoga with Reiki Self-Sessions•
Yoga Pose: From The Traditional Mountain Pose of Hatha.
Stand with your Spine Erect and Posture Balanced. Start by
grounding your feet into the floor. Distribute your weight
equally throughout your feet, front to back and side-to-side.
Begin deep breathing. From the waist down you are
grounded into the floor, as tree roots into the earth. From the
waist up you are growing towards the light.
For Reiki Clearing: Using incense or sage, set your intention
and protection prayer. Any activity can draw negativity. This
can be virtually, environmental, local commutes, to social
events. I clear during the mornings. Sometimes twice a day.
Every practitioner or spiritualist differs. Allow the smoke to
clear your energy. Using the yoga posture, clear yourself
head to toe, comfortably front and back.
Yoga Pose: Breathing calm, you are safe in your space.
Breathing serenity, you are secure in your stance. Add any
level, asana, postures to this session. Adding Savasana
Corpse Pose using a mat, bed, or pillows aids fatigue-
instantly. Using a Reiki candle helps as well.
