decided to fight this parking ticket.
Oops...Joe was so angry that he squeezed the
parking ticket into a ball, and tossed it into the back
seat of his car. This was bad. Joe must file his
defense certification and evidence within 30 days to
avoid penalties added to the base fine.

It is now 31 days later, and the
crumpled up ball of a parking
ticket torment is still driving
around with Joe in the back
seat of his car.
