I regularly travel interstate and have even gone on a cruise. I
know how difficult packing can be. Always ask yourself – Do I
really need this?
Tips - Packing Suitcase
1) Know the weather of your destination and what activities are
planned. A little planning goes a long way.
2) Write a list. That way you will not over pack or forget some-
thing.
3) Place heavy items just above the wheels of your suitcase (e.g.
makeup or toiletries)
4) Roll clothes to prevent wrinkles and save on space.
5) If traveling on an airline, be aware of what you can and cannot
take on board in your luggage.
6) Stuff socks in shoes to save on space.
7) I always put fragile items in the centre of the suitcase or carry
them in my carry on luggage (for air travel).
8) Hold two clothes together and fold them. This lessens the risk
of wrinkles.
9) Pack a pair of shoes that can match many different outfits.
10) Pack plastic bags to bring back dirty clothes so they do not
soil other items.
