Rockstar Games is a subsidiary of Take Two Interactive and is structured with a managing director and directors overseeing various internal studios. The studios are responsible for developing many popular game franchises such as Grand Theft Auto, Red Dead, Max Payne, and more. There are several international Rockstar studios located in cities like Edinburgh, Carlsbad, Oakville, London, and Bangalore responsible for developing, porting, and localizing Rockstar's titles.

Their most well-known work is The Warriors, an adaptation of
the cult classic film and the PC version of Grand Theft Auto IV
and Episodes from Liberty City.
