Creating an
 Outline Using
Your PowerPoint
     Notes
Group your Slides by
       Topic
          Arrange your slides in
          order, grouping topics
          together

          An easy way to do this is
          in the Slide Sorter View
          (View>Slide Sorter)
To View as an Outline
1. Make sure you are in the Normal view mode
   (View>Normal)
2. Click on the Outline Tab
If you need to print your
           outline
File>Print

Under the heading Slides
change to Outline

Click Print
You are now
ready to write
 your paper!
