  1. Welcome to Optimizing you AppExchange Listing session. I’m Eric Wu and this session is about some of the key elements when it comes to marketing in the AppExchange. It’s for existing ISV partners who have AppExchange listings and are looking for ideas on how to improve, but also for anybody in the audience who is thinking about launching an app on the AppExchange.
  2. So here’s the safe harbor slide. I don’t think there’s any forward-looking stuff in my presentation, but if something slips in there please note that you shouldn’t make any decisions based on it. I don’t even work for Salesforce so how would I know anything about the future?
  3. One of the founders of Bracket Labs, which is a 4 year old company that has 3 apps in the AppExchange. Consistently in the top 10 for their categories, and our TaskRay Project Management app is the most popular project management app in the AppExchange and 12th overall in the AppExchange last time I looked Over the past 4 years I’ve spent a lot of time experimenting with our AppExchange listings, studying what other partners are doing, and reading up on digital marketing in general. And everything in this presentation is based on that learning.
