This document presents 14 optical illusions and briefly describes each one. It prompts the reader to examine each illusion and note what they see at first glance versus after further examination. Some illusions involve ambiguous images that can be interpreted in multiple ways, such as a duck or rabbit or young woman or old lady. Others play with visual perceptions by making straight lines appear bent or triangles appear where there are none. The illusions highlight how our minds can interpret visual information differently over time or with context.
