Firstdata GGe4 module facilitates the merchant to capture and refund the payments from the customer for any transaction happened using Firstdata GGe4 payment module as a vision of providing high value to their customers. This module integrates with the OpenCart eCommerce Software and enables buyers to use First Data GGe4 payment module to complete transaction, where the customer is given with an easy payment solution and fast option to get the refund. Administrator or merchants can manage the payments using their admin panel, the transaction happened will be monitored using this admin panel where the transaction method will be configured, the capture and refund option will have the major actions for each type of payments. Features: Enables merchants to configure the payment methods. The administrator can select their transaction method by ‘sale’ or ‘Authorize only’. The administrator can easily capture the transaction. The administrator can easily refund the transaction. The administrator will have every transactions updated on Firstdata Control Panel. Installation
 The module is compatible with the general OpenCart module installation mechanism.
 You can install the module from the package through,
 Admin-> controller-> Payment-> egr_Firstdata_gge4.php (copy this file to your root folder)

 To Edit, Login to the website, go to Admin-> Extensions-> Firstdata GGe4-> Edit

Module Settings
Administration End
Configure
 Username for Firstdata will have to be entered.
 Gateway ID provided by the Firstdata will be entered
 Gateway Password will be entered
 Sand Box used for testing the module in both test and live environment
 Transaction method will be selected from the drop down list
 Sale transaction Method will receive the payment and authorizes the payment
 Sale transaction will be updated on Refund page
 Authorization method will only receive the payment and will wait for authorization
 Authorization transaction will be updated in capture
 In total option the user can set the minimum limit for total orders
 Order Status will be selected from the drop down list
 Geo Zone is used to select the geographical locations
 The status will display the current status of the module and can be easily changed
 The merchant can sort the order using sort order

Capture
 The order waiting for authorization will be listed in capture Module
 Orders are displayed order ID’s
 Orders are displayed order Date’s
 Orders are displayed Transaction ID’s
 Orders are displayed Customer Name’s
 Orders are displayed Total Amount of sales
 Orders are displayed capture button
 On clicking the Capture button will authorize and capture the payment
 Once the payment is captured it will move the transaction to Refund
 Once the payment is captured it will be updated in Firstdata admin panel

Refund
 The orders can be refunded using this refund module
 Orders are displayed order ID’s
 Orders are displayed order Date’s
 Orders are displayed Transaction ID’s
 Orders are displayed Customer Name’s
 Orders are displayed Total Amount of sales
 Orders are displayed Refund button
 On clicking the Refund button will authorize and Refund the payment
 Once the payment is refunded it will be updated in Firstdata admin panel

User End
Checkout
 Firstdata GGe4 will be displayed in the payment method on the checkout page
 The user will be able to select the Firstdata GGe4 Module for payments
 Once Firstdata GGe4 Module is selected it will open a new frame requesting a Card Owner
Name, Card Number, Card Expiry selection and the CVV Number of Credit Card
 When order is confirmed, the payment is taken from the user account
 The transaction will be displayed in capture module for authorization or straight away it is
captured and moved to refund module
 Every transaction will be updated in the First Data Admin Panel
