It is being observed that the juice colour before adding of CO2 will be normal light colour but
after adding of CO2 gas the colour will change to Yellow in colour from the original one along
with the high amount of buzz formation in the juice.. !!
It I due to the formation of more and more acid in the juice whre the CO2 reacts with the juice
water content to form acid.. More acid means more colour change with buzz formation..!!
