The project consists of a basement for parking and floors 2-5 for residential units. Each unit has no common walls and an earthquake resistant RCC structure. Finishes include 9" thick external walls, vitrified flooring, ceramic tile bathrooms, and entrance and internal doors made of black granite and wood.
