The Oregon Judicial Department has introduced iForms, interactive court forms designed for self-represented filers, allowing users to complete forms online through a guided interview process. Currently, iForms are available for specific case types such as small claims and residential evictions, with plans to expand to family law cases in the future. There is no fee for using iForms, and while electronic filing is voluntary, users must have access to a computer and either e-file or print the forms for submission at Oregon circuit courts.
