In addition to its stress-relieving capabilities, yoga has been doctor recommended for its core strengthening and spinal stabilization. All levels of experience welcome and no registration necessary.

9. CPR Certification Training Tuesday, October 18th • 5:30-7:30 PM Meade County Public Library Participants will receive a two year certification in adult, child, and infant CPR. The class is offered at the discounted price of $25. Participants must pre-register and check out the American Heart Association CPR Book at the front desk.
