How Does It Work?
Your learners connect with
our teachers via
videoconferencing software, and
engage in conversation
about topics related to their
professional background. As the
learners speak, our teachers
type their responses.
Afterward, the learners see
their teachers' corrections in
real-time.

performance of every single learner. Our
Engagement Composite Percentage (ECP)
is comprised of four different factors: 1)
Attended lessons, 2) Attendance frequency,
3) Completed homework and 4) Lesson
review. The higher the number, the better
the learner's performance.

This analysis can be used to
target problems during
the training, not just at the
end when the budget is

The learner dashboard, accessible via desktop
computers and mobile phones, gives all learners

Training Methods
OCTB offers both group
and individual
lessons. In group
lessons, no more than
three people participate.
In both lesson formats,
the learners are
immersed into the
target language.
The main differences between group and
individual lessons are cost and the amount
of time a learner has to speak. Unlike
traditional group speaking lessons, our
method allows learners to learn from their
fellow learners' mistakes, not copy them.
