1) ARGENTUM NITRICUM
Tongue has prominent papillae
Tip is red Taste coppery,
and painful like ink
Thick, corrugated (Sycotic) + Glossy & spotted
(Tubercular) nail.
Apprehensive (+++) & nervous
Silly & naïve Impulsive & hurried
(i) Adapted to hysterical nervous persons with
vivid imagination, having carbo-nitrogenoid or
hydrogenoid constitution. (ii) Left sided medicine
(Ref. Boger). (iii) Cachectic, scrawny, withered,
dried up old looking young persons having
history of unusual or long continued mental
exertion. (iv) Lower extremities emaciated.

Black pigmentation with yellow coating more
posteriorly.Margins not coated. Cracked. White
as chalk.
Tongue dry, clean, and red

patient is lean, thin, debilitated having
hippocratic face, dirty and waxy look of the skin.
Patient is not much attractive but dresses
him/herself in tip-top order. Puffiness is one of its
characteristic and this becomes a constitutional
tendency of being dropsical. Disposition:
anxious, depressing, despairing, easily vexed,
fearful, full of anguish, indifferent, irritable,
melancholic, peevish, restless, sensitive.

(Nux.Vom., Psorinum, Hepar, Silicea and other
hydrogenoids). (iv) Hovers around the stove,
fire, can not get clothing enough to keep warm,
a great sufferer from cold.
Scrofulous and haemorrhagic diathesis.

(i) Extremely anxious about the disease and
will ask nervously about its curability! (ii) May
reflect the fear of death! Will appear on time!
(i) They never spend their time doing nothing -
Restless. (ii) Tensed nature of high-strung
executives. Nervy; noise <. (iii) Fastidious
(stylish). (iv) When he walks by you in the
street, he walks by you in the street, he walks
fast, runs against you and wants a good deal of
elbow room (quick movements). (v) Anything
unusual will frighten them (compared with race
of horse). Small girls keeps their dolls
astonishingly tidy – fastidious +++.

3) NUX VOMICA
(i) Posterior yellow coating. (ii) Large and flabby.
Small aphthous ulcers, with bloody saliva

(i) Dry, harsh (Psoric) + thick and ridges
(Sycotic). (ii) Twitching sensation.

(i) Nux vomica is ideally suited to `thin spare
subjects’, with dark hair and dark complexion,
