Nick Manning is more than just a man. He's a pop culture phenomenon,

Who Is Nick Manning?
!
Described as the "total package" in adult entertainment, Nick Manning's
17-year career has secured him a spot amongst the most prolific adult
performers worldwide. From his beginnings as a professional baseball player,
Manning went on to study international business and economics at Benedictine
university, eventually earning his masters in human resource management from
the University of Chicago in 1992. He subsequently served as the Director of
Human Resources for the Frito-Lay Corporation and as the Vice President of
Human Resources at Citigroup in Manhattan.!
Although he was successful in the business sector, Manning's search for
more exciting and fulfilling work drew him into print fashion modeling. A 1997
appearance in Playgirl launched his career in the adult industry, leading to a
plethora of exclusive adult magazine layouts and, in 2000, his breakout role in
the adult film Mirage. Since then, Manning has appeared in over 4000 adult films

We’ve created NME to hold all the tangible assets produced by, endorsed
by, or yet to be derived from the entertainment career of Nick Manning. These
assets currently include the projects listed below, all of which have either been
completed, are nearing completion, or are in development.
NME’s goal is to further this brand, maximizing revenue and profits from all
projects and products directly related to Nick Manning. The ultimate goal is the
growth of the Nick Manning brand over the next 15 years (the likely remainder of
Nick Manning’s career and status as the “Sexiest Man Alive”), followed by the
sale of the company and/or assets either collectively or separately.

To achieve these goals, NME will raise a minimum of $11 million in capital
to allocate to the creation, completion, and/or distribution of NME assets. Primary
investors will comprise a Board of Directors, responsible for determining the
course of the organization as a whole. With manufacturing and distribution
avenues already in place, unmatched global media coverage, and key contacts
in companies such as Lionsgate, Showtime, A&E, Playboy, and Relativity, NME is
uniquely positioned to be one of the most diverse, successful, and profitable

Shareholder discretionary annual profit payout equals share ownership
percentage determined by Board of Directors vote. There will be one annual
meeting for Preferred Shareholders, and quarterly meetings for Board of
