NiMbLe aims to provide a trustworthy and punctual transportation service for kids' after-school activities. A survey found that over 50% of parents would use such a service but had concerns over trust and cost. NiMbLe proposes a solution with a fleet of child-friendly vehicles and well-trained drivers tracked by a system that allows parents to register kids, receive pickup/dropoff times, and monitor routes via an app or website. A prototype registration and tracking website is in development.

Conducted a survey using survey-monkey

− More than 92% want to send their kids to learn some extra
curricular activities.
− More than 70% want to send their kids a maximum of 4 km
from their residence
− More than 65% want to send their kids in the time period of 4
to 6 PM.
− More than 52% would like to use a transport service.
− More than 45% says they see 'Trust issue' as the single major
issue with a transport service for kids.
− More than 35% says they see such transport service too costly.

A good private transport service that focuses solely on solving this
issue
This business solution will have two parts:
a. Front ending part.
Provide a trustworthy, punctual service to kids. For this, we need a fleet of
cars/vans and drivers. The drivers should be well trained and be made sensitive
to handling kids.
b. Back End Part:
This is the technology part of the business and the most critical. Will provide
registrations through web sites or mobile applications. This will contain the

through a web site, for both pickup and drop. They can even see the
status of their respective kids.
