of lighting concepts is incorporated.

Medium—Revit & Photoshop
Concept
The design is based on the symphony Beehive Analogy
and Third-Place Theory. The beehive model is a metaphor
for an ideal society that works collectively to grow, in-
spire, connect, nurture and thrive. The third-place theory
adopts an informal setting to create a sense of community.
By merging the beehive analogy and third place theory,
the design promotes collective healing, provides lounging
comfort and supports a diverse society in an inclusive en-
vironment.

Rodarte Pop-up Retail Store
The project explores the Rodarte brand to recreate a pilot
pop-up retail environment in Brooklyn, NY. This project
helps to understand the meaning of place, brand and
culture to design a space that acts as a powerful medium to
convey the story about the brand, sell experience and to
emotionally connect to patrons and engage their senses.
School Project—Team

Concept:
The design for the Rodarte pop-up store is inspired by the
interplay of light and shadows. The unconventional texture
and setting creates a dramatic experience for the user. As
the users move through the layers of the interior space, it
reveals the true essence of the brand Rodarte.
