The Ebeid Hospice Residence is a 13,000 square foot, $2.6 million facility located on the Flower Hospital campus in Sylvania, Ohio that was completed in fall 2008. It offers twelve private resident rooms, each with a patio overlooking the wooded campus, as well as family rooms, a meditation room, and space for alternative therapies to support loved ones. The residence also accommodates families and provides on-site walking paths for residents and families to enjoy the natural setting. It is the first hospice residence in Ohio to receive LEED certification.
