Virus definition, classification ,occurrence, Biochemical structure and nature,
shape size in morphology ,viral diseases causes and effects with reference to plants
and animals some of them were discussed human major viral diseases
and remedial measures or control .Replication ,infectivity most infected parts of
plants and organs of animals. Attachment or condensation, penetration,assembly
,replication and formation of virus with emphasis to hostgenome mutation.
c) Bacteriology.
Bacteria definition, classification, Biochemical structure and nature, Bacterial
diseases among plants in detail animal and human beings .Pathogenic and
nonpathogenic bacteria difference in structure. Role of bacteria in daily life.
Nitrogen fixing, root nodule bacteria cycle, nitrification, denitrification,
ammonification. Useful and harmful bacteria.
Reproduction, Transduction and transformation.
