When Flory was little, she had a teddy bear that made her childhood memorable. As a child, she also attended a theater camp audition where she sang with an intelligent and beautiful woman named Nico. During the summer, Flory made tight braids in her hair with her best friend and showed their African heritage. She spent time with family in the mountains and later went to the beach with friends after returning home.
