● Our hotel is located in Madrid, Spain, to be more
specific, it is located in the municipality of
Alcobendas.
● In this area there are many international firms

3. Amount of money invested in
modernizations
● In this hotel we will invest 6 million of
euros to build conference centers,
luxury workrooms and some lecture
theatres

4. Number of rooms
● Our hotel will have 300 rooms,
before the modernization it had
600, but in the modernization we
decided to build all the business
areas on the last floors and enlarge
the size of the rooms.

5. Quality of rooms
Our rooms have all the business facilities that all business people would need to
have.
The rooms are conditioned with the best security system on the market, this
because the hole system ti’s controlled by the retina and the fingerprint (the
tenant’s data are acquired at the time of registration for greater security of them).

6. Business facilities
Our rooms have a mini refrigerator, smart TV,
matrimonial bed, phone where you can make long
distance calls and a desk where you can work
comfortably with a lamp that detect your presence
and it is activated.

7. Restaurants
It would have 2 restaurants and 3 bars, this because also you can
do business meeting at them. The bars has a comfortable
atmosphere for work at it, and also works facilities like internet
access and service printer, the workaholic will love it.
