Eliana Lesem Guerra is a graduate from the Law School of
Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, she also holds an LL.M
degree (“Master of Laws”) by the New York University School of
Law (NYU). Prior to joining Martinot Abogados, Eliana was
partner at Estudio Muñiz, Ramirez, Perez-Taiman & Olaya,
where she led the Advertising, Unfair Competition and Consumer
Protection Practice Group, representing this law firm before the
Global Advertising Lawyers Alliance - GALA. She was
appointed Head of the Technical Office of the Tribunal of the
Peruvian Competition Agency – INDECOPI and was also an
associate at Estudio Bullard, Falla & Ezcurra. Eliana is
permanently included in the rankings and reports of prestigious
international publications such as Chambers & Partners, Legal500
and LatinLawyer, where she is acknowledged as one of the top
practitioners in her field.
Jessica Hondermann Gómez
Jessica Hondermann Gómez is a graduate from the Law School
of Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and is currently
pursuing a Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property and
Competition Law from the same university. Prior to joining
Martinot Abogados, Jessica was an Associate at Estudio Muñiz,
Ramirez, Perez-Taiman & Olaya where she was a member of the
Advertising, Unfair Competition and Consumer Protection
Practice Group and represented this law firm before the Global
Advertising Lawyers Alliance – GALA together with Eliana
Lesem. Jessica has been a professor at the Competition and

Verónica Pinillos Salinas
Verónica Pinillos Salinas is a graduate from the Law School of
Universidad Privada San Martin de Porres and is currently
pursuing a Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property and
Competition Law from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del
Perú. Prior to her incorporation to Martinot Abogados, Verónica
was an attorney at Estudio Muñiz, Ramirez, Perez-Taiman &
Olaya where she was a member of the Advertising, Unfair
Competition and Consumer Protection Practice Group. Verónica
was also an attorney at Banco Financiero del Perú. She has taken
up post-graduate courses at the Centro de Educación Integral
Continua of Universidad de Lima and at the Competition and
Intellectual Property School of INDECOPI.
