Cameron Loftus has created a pitch plan for a new dance music magazine. The magazine will be called either O Dance Mag, Dance Nation, The Future, or Sounds. It will have bright colors and bold design elements to match the genre. The magazine will focus on deep house and future house music, with features like charts, artist interviews, and free posters. It will be released monthly for £4.50 to appeal to its target audience of teenagers and people in their mid-twenties interested in dance music.
This document provides a review and outlook of Mongolia's investment environment from 2009 to 2014. It summarizes key economic indicators such as GDP growth, inflation, exports, imports and unemployment. It also examines factors influencing FDI such as commodity prices, investor sentiment, domestic policies and economic conditions in neighboring countries. The outlook expects the economic slowdown to continue in the short term but sees opportunities from legal reforms and future mineral discoveries.

This document describes an architecture project for a small artist's atelier commissioned in 2018 in Recife, Pernambuco, Brazil. The atelier was designed for a plastic artist on the top roof of an existing two-story building, and features details treating the building like a carefully crafted piece of furniture through techniques like patinas, metalization, and gold leafing of antique furniture.
From a young age I learnt to adapt to different contexts. I grew up in Brazil, circumscribed by rich urban contexts, yet with incredible natural surrounds with wonderful views. Places marked by generosity in space, large scale and typical contrasts. Soon after finishing my university studies, I moved to Europe, and with this came the opportunity to expand my professional experience. I was fascinated by the facility to cross borders between different countries. Undoubtedly, this background had an important influence on me and inspired my professional trajectory.
Over the last four years, I have had the possibility to explore the richness of my background as an independent architect: nenoneto allows both the individual and the professional to be expressed.

The document summarizes a study analyzing the corners of the Cadixwijk district in order to define a morphological solution. It was decided to reinforce the definition of one corner block at the southern entrance to the neighborhood. The design for this corner block features a closed, robust architecture on the ground floor containing a supermarket. The upper floors are more open and transparent, containing housing. Parking is located underground so that the street level maintains the subtle depth seen in dock areas. The design aims to delineate the boundary of Cadixwijk at street level through a strong, closed façade like a rough quay wall, while setting housing spaces above as more open and transparent in character.

The document discusses a professional portfolio containing an architecture and urbanism final project. Specifically, it describes a 2016 housing competition in Samambaia, Brazil where the entrant designed a 6-floor apartment building with 8 units per floor and underground parking. The design focused on central ramps and staircases to provide access between levels for the building's future residents. The solution was intended to be replicated across 5 different housing sites.
