F0009		 Understanding and knowledge of the body’s systems and functions

Personal Training
PT001		 Plan and deliver personal training
PT002		 Customise gym instruction to individual needs
PT003		 Teach and Develop basic skills of strength and conditioning
PT004		 Operate with acceptable instructional practices, styles and ethical responsibilities
PT005		 Conduct basic warm-up, stretching and cool down programs
PT006		 Utilise an understanding of motivational psychology with fitness clients
