Description:
The CLR application data is copied into a month end "snapshot" at the end of each
month to be used for the monthly financial reporting processes required of the
Reinsurance Accounting function. The current process of creating this snapshot,
enhancing the data within it with characteristics that are not maintained within the CLR
application itself, and then creating reports is semi-automated and not productionalized.
The next SSIS package will copy tables from RDI, RS and Schedule F and put the results
in the RDI, RS, and SchedF schemata respectively. The CLR, RDI, RS, SchedF schemata
are collectively referred to as the staging tables.
A transformation process will then take the data from the staging tables and
populate the Reporting Tables. The Reporting Tables comprise the heart of the logical
design for this rewrite. The Reporting Tables are designed to model the relationships
between Agency (Agreement), Reinsurer, and Subagent (Participant on an Agreement)
and between Open Item, Claim, and Subagent. We will implement as much as possible
using the wide array of transformations provided with SSIS combined with database
stored procedures. Only if needed will we use the powerful .Net Script Task provided
with SSIS to perform more complex transformations. One possible reason we may need
to use this is to mimic SAS sort order. For example, SAS sorts a dataset by Claim and
Agent and eliminates duplicates by choosing first record for further processing. The
other claim records may differ by policy, company, valuation id or some other field since
there is no enforced key on the source tables. There is no guarantee that when SQL
Server sorts the records, that it will result in the same order as SAS other than, of
course, for the Claim and Agent fields. The current system has to make a crude choice
as to which record to use. No one record is better than the other.

104 Tele Advices:
HMRI (Health Management Research institute) is one of the organizations to provide
health tips and to send the prescriptions for the caller to their mobile phone.
Contact centre project main intension is to provide the best health solutions for the
people who ever living in the state through online or offline. A user should call to the 104
or 1056 to get the Health advice from his mobile or landline, the call will receive by
Nortel CCT and cct will take about the load balance and it will route the call to the agent
who ever free in their catageory.The first level is the Call Agent level, he will receive the
call and capture the necessary details, bye default he will get the phone number which
was supplied by the Nortel third-party Hardware component. Once get the necessary
details from the user, call agent will transfer the call to the next level i.e. Paramedic
level. Here Paramedic get the all details from call agent and medical related symptom
will capture based on symptoms data to provide the next level Doctor. Here doctor will
get the good picture about patient condition and he will provide necessary information to
the user or prescription. A doctor or Paramedic can send the prescription to the caller. If
caller have only landline, agent will give the Prescription ID to the caller, if any time
caller wants to get the prescription, hey can send the prescription id from any mobile,
the contact centre will reply the message immediately to the requested mobile.
User Management:
User Management is a web applications which mitigates all the administration
facilities and registering new agents to a contact centre application and restrict the
agents based on their privileges to login to the contact centre modules. Contact centre
having different roles and modules, Call Agent, Paramedic, supervisor and doctor are the
roles, and Call Taker, Doctor, Supervisor and Paramedic are modules. By using User
Management application we can add new modules and new roles. To giving rights to
login to the specific modules we can assign privileges to the user. We can release the
user by using release user concept who ever not able to login to the application.
Login Authentication web service:
Login Authentication is a web service to mitigate all the agents login and providing the
user details like logged in user role and privileges which is supplied userid and password,
module name, Ipaddress and port number. Internally in the web method first they have
take two parameters userid and pass word and it will check for the user existence. Next
it will check the user privileges for a current trying to logged into the module. Once the
user validates, authentication web service will return all the values belongs the user in
the format of xml string. A client application can get the return values in the format of
xml and convert to dataset.
