The Namuh people base their lifestyle around the religion of Namuhism, founded by the intelligent child Drolb. Drolb gained many followers who helped spread the religion, which involves worshipping children and releasing sins through defecation rituals. This caused the previous leader Ahekap to lose power and go into exile. The Namuh view reproduction as unpleasant due to painful physical traits, and the Tnias elders strictly control who mates and raises children. Central to Namuhism are elaborate defecation rituals and areas used for releasing sins, with different layers assigned based on one's age and social status. Violating these rituals carries severe executions involving being pushed into the bottomless pit of sins.
