We, Dr Saravanan and Mrs Vadivoo would like to record our sincere gratitude to Mr. Elan for coaching our children Pinngalan and d Tevaneyaal who participated in a 2 Days VGENIUST workshop in 2016, in Malaysia. Both my children diligently practised some of the techniques taught at the workshop and managed to pass that year. However the first quarter CA results were appalling. My son had only scored 20% in his mathematics and nearly failed his science. He needed some serious help. We enrolled him for tuition classes and my wife and I started to assist on his revisions and encouraged him to apply the skills and techniques taught by Conscious Expert Elan in the The VGENIUST workshop. Changes started to happen. By mid term he started to progress and he did well in his mid term exams. He got the most progressive student award as he scored 70%. By the end of the year 2017 he scored 86% and above in all his subjects. There was also a remarkable attitudinal change in him. He had a keen interest to learn and do well. He was short of 2% to be in the top 5. He was awarded the most progressive student award for his determination. He also received the achievement award from Minister Vivian Balakrishnan the local MP for our constituency.
The workshop by VGENIUST, tuition and we as parents have contributed to my son's progress. Thank you Mr. Elanggovan Thanggavilo. I wish all the best for the students who have done this course and I encourage every child to do this course.God bless

STEP Project - Testimonials for Team MANTRA's workAnoop Erakkil
We connected and engaged with each partner school for the first six weeks through stage 1 of our School Transformation and Empowerment Project in both private and government schools.
Here are some of the testimonials from our stakeholders and partner schools on MANTRA's approach and vision for school transformation.
The organization SANMAT (SSNMT) tformed by me has also inspired young enthusiastic multidisciplinary graduates passionate about building just and participative society. On my journey towards bringing chage I am accompanied by young people who having been educated in the premier institutes of the Country and employed by fortune companies they realized that even though the Country was progressing the benefits were not percolating to the deserving section of the society. I was always concerned by the inequality and discrimination that dalit (lower caste) and minorities and even within that children, women and youth faced in East Champaran the place from where Gandhiji began its freedom movement is besotted by poverty, discrimination, alcoholism and corruption at all levels. Men from the area migrate to other States where they face further discrimination and even threat to life as one has seen the violence towards Bihari's in Mumbai. The situation of health, education is abysmal. Even in access to Government schemes there is a large scale corruption. so I decided to work in my own area with a focus on developing capacities of young people by providing access to knowledge and information as they can be a catalyst for change we have brought to the fore the corruption in Indira Awas Yojana, filed RTIs to know where funds meant for development projects have been spent. We have been working at various levels to bring about change in the area by arming the community with knowledge and information and supporting them to take action.
• MOBILE SCHOOL
The mobile school or Chalta Firta Gyan Kendra was initiated to reach out to children who were out of school or had dropped out. The youth animator visited their houses motivated children and parent’s on the importance of education. The children are provided education in an interactive and meaningful way.
This is a multistep process in which we facilitate the door-step learning and then further enrollment into the school.
1. The 1st step includes the assembly at the common place in the village and learning the basics by the tutors and the volunteer.
2. The 2nd step includes the enrollment of children to the nearby govt. school.
3. In the final step the enrolled students are monitored for their performance and those who backed out are reached for the re-counseling session.
The program is presently run in the NAWADA PANCHAYAT at SIX Centers.
DYSP:
One of the method that we have employed is through our Dalit Youth Support Program (DYSP) is offering scholarship facilities for underpriviledge youth for higher education, this will help reduce disparities amongst youth from upper, middle and lower class in the long run. In addition to providing scholarship we built their life skills and organize workshops/seminars focussing on improving communication and contacts between youth at various levels. Till date we have supported.....youth through the program.
