This project aims to open a culture house in the Boquilla community of Cartagena, Colombia to promote local culture. Resources will include music, dances, and community history. The culture house will be hosted by community members and NGOs to provide cultural presentations and activities for children and elders. It will be located near the beach for easy access by boat, car, or horse-drawn carriage. Improving transportation could increase access and engagement with the community. Potential negative consequences like lack of local support could be addressed by involving residents in cultural classes and presentations.

10. What changes could be made to improve access?Well will have a Chibas (Comfortable car Where the guest can see all the sities when they are going to the community .),Maybe we will use a horse car that is very typical for Cartagena history).

11. What consequences + will result? well I have never thing that but now i think that one of the consequences positive will be the recover the culture of the community and a better life also .Ones consequences negative will be don’t have the support from local people.
