2. CONDITIONS FOR THE AWARD OF ADVANCED PROFESSIONAL
CERTIFICATE OF SECONDARY EDUCATION LEVEL A2 IN 2010
Rwanda Advanced Professional Certificate of Secondary Education is awarded
to a candidate who has passed with at least 3 Subsidiary Passes or Equivalent
plus at least grade E in the practical paper.
The grade awarded is indicated by letters A, B, C, D, E or S. Grade A is the
highest grade of Pass with a value of 6 points. Grade E is the lowest with a
value of 2 points. A Subsidiary pass, S, has a value of 1 point.
