The Minimum Viable Product (MVP) Scott M. Graffius' take on the MVP in the award-winning Agile Scrum: Your Quick Start Guide with Step-by-Step Instructions (https://amzn.to/47Er1B3) is this: “The MVP has just those features considered sufficient for it to be of value to customers and allow for it to be shipped or sold to early adopters. Customer feedback will inform future development of the product.” But in Agile Protocol: The Transformation Ultimatum (https://amzn.to/3WEUl5e) (Graffius’ newest book, a satirical send-up of corporate Agile cosplay and other forms of fake Agile), he turns up the heat with this gem that leans into the "viable" part being aspirational: “Let’s talk about the Minimum Viable Product, or as I like to call it: the art of building just enough to find out you’re wrong.” Both quotes are reminders that MVPs test products/services. They put assumptions on trial. #MinimumViableProduct #MVP #Agile #Lean #Startup #Product #Innovation
