Polite Reminders:


• All mothers with young children /
babies are kindly requested to sit in
the back hall or the extension area as
sitting in the front could cause
disruptions when there is a big crowd.

•All ladies are politely reminded NOT
TO SIT on the walking path inside the
immambaragh and in the shoe area
outside, as it becomes very difficult if
someone needs to leave in case of an
emergency.

Polite Reminders:
• All tabaruk brought from home
should be given into the kitchen and
not left outside on the table
•Please follow instructions from
volunteers and committee members
at all times as they are trying to
ensure that the programme is running
smoothly and efficiently.
•All donations need to go to the
treasurers.
• All ladies are kindly reminded to
maintain the cleanliness of the new
carpets and the immambaragh.

Important Notice:
• During the night programme, an
arrangement has been made for the
ladies to be able to use the small sports
hall in the Sayyeda Zainab building as
an over flow area for the Urdu lecture.

•Volunteers will be re-directing ladies to
the small sports hall once the
immambaragh and extension is full.

•It is very important that all ladies co-
operate with the volunteers and go
there when asked because there are
health and safety issues involved.
