Fifteen homesites are to be released at the private country estate of Woburn Park in The Vines on the 25th May, with registrations of interest opening on the 11th May. The homesites are the second release in Stage 11 and will range in size from 609sqm – 901sqm and will be priced from $295,000 - $340,000. Five of these exclusive homesites overlook a spectacular public open space, featuring mature Melaleuca trees that had been transplanted from Malvern Springs in nearby Ellenbrook. Sales Manager for developer, LWP Property Group, Mr Tony McEntee said all homesites in Stage 11B are within walking distance to the public open space and he expected this to have strong appeal to purchasers. “Many people who already live in Woburn Park are attracted to the country feel and open spaces,” he said. In late 2008 LWP Property Group cleared the north-western sector of Malvern Springs in Ellenbrook and identified several mature trees that would be possible to salvage and store for later use at one of their projects in the area. “These trees not only represent our commitment to sustainable practices and the environment but also now provide a stunning amenity for Woburn Park residents,” Mr McEntee explained. The paperbarks reinforce the informal native character of this park, in pleasing contrast to the more formal and European village square adjacent,” he explained. The homesites will go on sale to the general public at 1pm on Saturday 25th May, but will be available to members of LWP’s Advantage Club from 10am. “We are encouraging people to register their interest in these homesites by joining our Advantage Club,” said Mr McEntee. “Homesites in Woburn Park have always been popular, with campers returning in recent months and I expect that the location of these lots to hold the same appeal.” Interested purchasers are also encouraged to head out and meet the Sales Team onsite on Saturday 25th May. “From 9am to 1pm, we will have a marquee on site in the park serving free coffee, tea and juice as well as a free breakfast and brunch. “There will also be activities to keep the kids entertained, giving people the chance to view the new park and the homesites being constructed,” Mr McEntee said.
