American Adoptions Agencies like Adopt Abroad, Across the World and Hopscoth Adoptions have been doing business in Morocco. They are advertising that all a family has to do is take part in a "kefala" ceremony for guardianship of the child. This is WRONG stealing a child's culture, religion and homeland from them and a good way to get a knife plunged into your back these days. The Moroccan government is now tighting up the requirements. Hopscotch Adoptions 5 year snapshot is over $ 2 million in revenue which is reflected on this tax return., it takes a lot of money to pay in-country "paper pushers" who we are told by reliable sources in Armenia are not declaring the cash given to them via Hopscotch Adoptions. With a new administration, new First Lady there is a drive to finally close down all orphanages and create in-country care to hold onto our family of Armenian children and provide for the special needs children. Even thought 10 Armenian children were adopted out in 2017 into USA homes that is 10 more citizens we lose to odars that could be part of the future and strength of Armenia. Robin will wake up and realized that International Adoptions are over, there is no more lobbying in the USA, nothing. Congress cannot be bothered with these shysters they are concentrated on the care of American children and the 150,000 in foster care. Every year the numbers dwindle till there will be none. This lying odar told the courts that she was losing money when she continues to grow year after year her revenue. Lying playing victim, her in country workers not declaring the cash, marketing her clients they are saving a child with special needs and other tactics are well documented in Armenia. Robin has no friends in Armenia except those that make money off of her, no Armenian likes that horrific pathetic liar or her laughable lying attorney Bennet Kelley that is going to lose his bar license very soon. The article quotes Minister Rahmid as saying that he has decided to "stop granting guardianship of Moroccan children to foreign families", insisting that "guardianship of abandoned children is for Muslims, and foreign Muslims residing in Morocco." The Minister subsequently stated that kafala guardianship would only be considered for those foreign families who are long-term residents in Morocco. The status of pending kafala petitions by U.S. citizens is unclear. U.S. citizens wishing to obtain kafala of Moroccan children should be aware that is unclear at this time whether the courts will accept new kafala petitions.
