The daily announcements for Pine River school on January 29th included recognizing the traditional land of the Anishnaabeg people, a reminder for students to be careful on the yard, and congratulating the intermediate girls volleyball team for winning 3 of 4 games the previous day. Birthdays and winners of the daily "gotcha" incentive program were also announced. Students were asked to bring recycling to the depot at 10:20 and order tickets for an upcoming Barrie Colts game.
