Modular net
With stamps
What a modular
network is?
A modular network is a structure in
which a series of equal or similar
figures are related. This structure,
generally geometric, is like a mesh,
of triangular or rectangular shapes,
which cover the entere surface of
the work.
What a module
is?
We will call modules to the figures
that are repeated and related
thanks to that modular structure.
Here you can see some examples
We can find modular networks in the nature...
...and in the architecture.
Stamps
We will transfer the module
to a rubber stamp. For this
we need a gouge and a
rubber plate.
Firstly we will draw the module on a parchment paper and
we will pass it to a rubber plate.
We will remove with the gouge the surface that we do not
want to appear on the paper.
With a roller we will cover the finished rubber stamp with paint and stamp it against the paper.
