This document is a calendar showing the work schedule for employees of a health department in Brazil for the month of an unspecified year. It lists employee names, roles, employment status, identification numbers, work hours, and indicates with codes their scheduled days for each date that month as well as holidays and other exceptions. The schedule is subject to changes based on service needs and must be signed by immediate and higher-level supervisors.
