Introduction
 The student result analysis and performance report generator
used in generating the performance report of students
according to year, semester and subject wise .
 The student result analysis and performance report generator
helps the teacher to analyze the result and generates its report
by just one clicks and it also allows the students to see their
academic performance subject, year or semester wise.
EXISTING SYSTEM
 Current system is bit time consuming as they require some
amount of work to be done prior for example creating an excel
sheet which contains student information like marks,
personal details or enter all these details manually.
Disadvantages of EXISTING SYSTEM:
 The current system is time consuming.
 In current system, some manual work is to be done which makes it
complex.
 In current system user must have some knowledge about creating and
managing the particular file which is to be upload to the system for data
extraction.
PROPOSED SYSTEM
 This is the tracking system which is used to keep track on the
students overall academic performance and generate its report. in
this system, the teacher uploads the result of student and the
students can see the performance report when they are provided
access to it after the results are published.
 The system can also compare the student result with other student
and can also let them understand their ranking among all to make
the aware of themselves and improve more and the teachers can
see the comparative analysis report of the batch of the student.
 In the proposed system, the individual teacher has to upload the
result so that rest of the things will be done by the system which
make it simple and fast.
Advantagesof PROPOSED SYSTEM:
 As the proposed system is a software application so you can access
it from anywhere in the world only you must remember your id and
password.
 Faculty do not have to prepare the excel sheet of marks of each
student, only upload the result and the rest is automatically created.
 No high configuration system required only required is the
supporting browser.

FUTURE SCOPE
 As in the existing system we have to enter the data manually or
through excel sheet but here we just need to provide details and rest
the software will manage.
 Future scope of this project is that, more features can be added to
this software application like attendance, college festival in
formations, posting good contents like campus special days memory
pictures, celebrations and even jubilee ceremonies (which would be
accessible for students to like, share and comment on it as same as
we do in the social media) and class performance record with
maximum accuracy and improvement oriented guidance.
CONCLUSION
 All the requirements and goals are achieved in the project which make it
simple and user-friendly software application for student result analysis
and to generate the performance report of the student .
 It will help in increase the productivity of teacher and the college staff
as they don’t have to waste their time on analyzing the result and in
generating the performance report of the students.
 It also helps the teacher and college staff in maintaining the student data
as this software application use the centralized relational, only required
is the user id and password to get access to the data.
