• To enjoy your own company , there are many perks of spending some
quality time with your-self .

What is meditation.
• Living in the moment and having focus on every task you perform , whether it is
eating food , driving , reading , or doing work.
• When you leave behind past mistakes and don’t worry about future
uncertainty's.
• For beginner's – spend 10 minutes everyday for 21 days , doing thing you love,
on a particular time , and don’t get interrupted by anyone or any device during
that time. And you will start feeling difference in every task you performed , like
if you put your 100 % in every task , you will start cherishing the moments ,
which will lead to prosperity and well being.
• You can start by sitting in silence and just watching your thoughts without
judging them.
