If we start with a showcase of CosmosDB they'll just tune out. I think we should give some some really good examples of how the document is already dying, such as: - encyclopaedia became Wikipedia - emails becoming chat - minutes being taken in OneNote - specifications being documented in confluence - incident reports becoming tickets (here's the Dynamics play) - excel lists becoming Planners Once we have 'agreement' in the room, then we ask how any of the above could possible be organised in a file plan. The answer is clearly that it cant. And none of this can be viewed in a single location either.
