1. Introduction
This is going to overwrite the default contact form on Magento. The website administrator is able to add
custom fields to contact form. All the values of the fields will be sent in email to the administrator.
Moreover, the administrator can add an online map to the contact page in order for the clients to have an
up-close and convincing look at the shop.
Features:
 Add new custom fields which are defined as mandatory or optional
 Establish the position for the newly added fields
 Add First name and Last name fields to the default Name field
 Insert map code to the form – allow Gmap and Yahoo Map
 Support Catpcha code to prevent spam messages
 Configure From email and To email which are different from the default configuration
 Intro text is pulled out from static block
 HTML & CSS and W3C validation

2. Add Custom Field
- In tab Field Manage click to Add Field
- Enter field label, required or not, position and status for each filed
- You can remove filed by click Remove this field button
3. Frontend
- When you done the setting, got to frontend and his url http://yourdomain.com/contactpro/ this is
the new contact form for your site.
Tip:
- To change the url of conact page, you can go to: site folder/app/code/local/MGS/Contactpro/etc/
- Open file config.xml by an editor (Notepad ++ or Editor Plus)
- See line 14, change the text “contactpro” to any text you want.
