Building Our Mutual
This document discusses the plans of Merthyr Valleys Homes (MVH) in Wales to become the first tenant and employee mutual housing organization in Wales. MVH has a history of tenants, staff, and the board working together and wants to formalize this relationship and give power back by becoming a mutual. The process of becoming a mutual has involved establishing a commission, inviting tenants and employees to participate, getting advice from other mutual organizations, and holding votes and meetings to approve new rules and structures. The goal is for MVH to be democratically controlled by 8 tenants, 8 employees, 2 local councilors, and 1 independent member, along with an 8-person non-executive board.
DEWISarchitecture- An Introduction
We provide architectural, historic building, and chartered building surveying services as well as project management. Some of our clients include local government organizations, private estates, housing associations, and environmental charities. We have worked on numerous projects throughout Wales and can be contacted via our office in Anglesey or through our website and social media accounts.
Collections trust security seminar
The Collections Trust is organizing six expert security seminars funded by Arts Council England to promote awareness of good museum security practices. The seminars will help museum staff build their confidence and capacity to secure collections from loss, theft, or damage. They will address balancing security with access to collections.

This document summarizes the activities of IES Núm.1 Xàbia, a Spanish secondary school, as part of the Healthy Living Partner Schools project from 2009-2011. The school participated in preparatory visits to Aberdeen, Scotland and Stavanger, Norway in 2009. They also hosted a mid-project meeting in Xàbia, Spain in 2010 which included workshops, meetings, and social activities promoting healthy living. Teachers from the various partner schools in Scotland, England, Norway, Netherlands, Latvia, and Spain collaborated on this international healthy schools initiative over the two year period.

State of Wikimedia Chapter - Wikimedia Taiwan
The Wikimedia Taiwan Chapter was founded in 2007 and has grown to include 30 founding members, 9 board members, and 2 auditors. It operates without a budget by holding meetups across Taiwan to discuss Wikipedia topics and encourage participation. Upcoming plans include expanding membership and financial sustainability, strengthening chapter structure, and collaborating more with international Wikimedia projects. Challenges include attracting new members and becoming financially self-sufficient.

The project achieved 15 editathons, 19 training sessions, 27 speaking engagements and engaged 280 new users and around 100 cultural institutions. It led to 250 new images uploaded, 76 new articles created and 160 articles improved. Though it did not achieve some goals like policy changes at institutions or large-scale image releases, it helped participants feel more confident in open knowledge work. Key challenges included fears around loss of control, revenue, or skills as well as conservative attitudes and risk aversion. Lessons involved building skills, improving infrastructure and changing attitudes.

He discussed induction week at Trinity College Dublin's Department of Economics, his actual experiences including photos of the Grand Canal, and student accommodation. He provided bibliographic references for the Department of Economics, photos from an online archive, and information on Trinity College's Great Court.
