MEAL?
The word meal refers to the
customary time/occasion of
eating food. Most people
eat 3 meals – breakfast,
lunch, and dinner.
Meal also refers to all the
food eaten during one of
these occasions – so one
meal can include multiple
dishes.

Meal Planning: Is the action of
deciding meals in advance. It is the
process to make the list of food
items going to serve in any type of
meal whether it is breakfast, lunch,
brunch or dinner.
Planning your own meals will
allow you to see how much
you're actually eating.This also
prevents you from overeating at
restaurants, which tend to serve
a way bigger portion than you
should actually be eating.

Planning your meals for the week can help
you to manage your time better. We spend a
lot of time deciding what to eat, grocery
shopping, cooking and then cleaning up
after dinner. By planning ahead and
